Osteopathy

A holistic, hands-on approach to healthcare that focuses on relieving pain, restoring mobility, and supporting the body’s natural ability to heal. During your session, your osteopathic practitioner will assess your posture, movement, and medical history, then use gentle manual techniques such as stretching, mobilization, and soft tissue work tailored to your individual needs.

Rob is an Osteopathic Manual Practitioner and Certified Exercise Physiologist with a strong passion for helping people move, feel, and live better. He completed his osteopathic education at the Canadian College of Osteopathy in Toronto, following a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and post-graduate certification in Exercise Science.

Rob’s path to osteopathy was shaped by his personal experience recovering from lower leg injuries after an Achilles rupture. That journey, combined with years of experience in personal training and high-performance coaching, inspired his interest in a holistic, hands-on approach to care.

In practice, Rob integrates manual therapy, movement-based rehabilitation, and client education to help individuals manage pain, restore function, and achieve long-term health. He takes pride in tailoring each treatment to the unique needs and goals of his clients—whether they’re managing a chronic issue, recovering from injury, or looking to enhance their mobility and performance.

Outside the clinic, Rob enjoys exercise, playing sports, and spending time outdoors with friends and family.

Kaitlin graduated from the University of Toronto with a Master of Science in Physical Therapy after graduating from McMaster University with an Honours Bachelor of Science in Biology with a specialization in Physiology.

Kaitlin always knew she wanted to work in healthcare. From a young age she was interested in how the body works and looked forward to learning about it in school. During her undergrad, Kaitlin discovered her passion for fitness as she started strength training at the gym, and from there she quickly determined physiotherapy would be a great field for her.

Kaitlin has furthered her skills through education in the Orthopaedic Division of the Canadian Physiotherapy Association, completing her Level 2 Upper body certification in manual therapy. She has also taken courses in acupuncture through Acupuncture Canada.

Kaitlin has a special interest in treating the temporomandibular joint (TMJ) and has a certificate in Evaluation and Treatment of Temporomandibular Disorders and Craniofacial Pain.

Her approach includes searching for the root cause of one’s pain and dysfunction and using a combination of hands-on manual therapy, personalized exercises, modalities, and education to ensure each of her clients reach their specific goals and get back to the quality of life they want.
